Very easy. They keys were in the door when we arrived.
Claire was a great host and sends a professional presented information booklet prior to your stay. The hire is in a quiet location just the other side of the river from a number of restaurants and the vineyard Le Passelys which is in walking distance and does excellent wine tastings (as well as cider!)
